About this station
Two separate stations for the GOBLIN/Suffragette line and the Victoria line. They were initially shown as separate stations on LU maps, and they were only redrawn as an interchange recently.
The GOBLIN station has step-free access to platform thanks to AFA, including 2 new lifts.
The Victoria line has no SFA. It has escalators only from street level to platform (no stairs)
The Victoria line runs 9 meters below street level

Progress
The scheme involved the proposed part removal of the existing non-compliant precast concrete high level access walkway from the existing LUL station and the design of a new 1:20 DDA complaint steel walkway, which was to provide access to the existing over bridge. The scheme also involved the implantation of two lifts, one on each platform, which again is to provide step free access to the existing overbridge. (VEDA enginers)
Â
There is a ramp up from the ticket office to the GOBLIN over bridge. There are lifts from the bridge to the platforms (not shown on National Rail station map)
Â
It looks like the existing footbridge was retained and a new high level walkway between the tube station access and the footbridge was installed.
There may have been other works to entrances / the bridge ramp but I don’t know.

Victoria line
The Victoria line is owned by London Underground who seem to be outside the AfA scheme remit. The Victoria line was built in the 1960s, before accessibility was required by law. There is no immediate prospect of SFA to the Victoria line at Blackhorse Road as far as I know.
